SAGE (Strategy Action Game Engine)
Proprietary licenceThe SAGE engine is a game engine used by Westwood Studios and Electronic Arts for real-time strategy games.
Founded in 1982 by Trip Hawkins, EA was a pioneer in the early games industry and was notable for promoting the designers and programmers responsible for their games. For the first few years, EA was just a publisher and didn't expand to development until the late 80s and started supporting consoles in the 90s. They also began to acquire successful developers and in the early 2000s became the worlds largest third party publisher. They recorded a net revenue of US$3.129 for FY2005.

IDK EA, I want to help yall make money, and you send me to a competitor?
Not quite sure what to think TBH, but thanks for your time regardless.
EA stole Bethesda's groundbreaking physics code to create arguably their most popular franchise of all time. They treat their workers like ****. They chop full, complete games into disparate parts and charge you the price of a full game for every one of them. They **** all over once-great franchises by releasing sequels that turn out to be broken, unfinished hunks of garbage.
**** you, EA. **** you in every orifice you have, and drill some more holes into yourself to be ****** in as well.
Got proof that they mistreat their workers as of late? No? Of course you don't.
Screw EA. It started pretty well, but so far, it turned to be soo greedy. They can't bring anything new, except even bigger disappointment each year. One of the worst companies ever! You should change your policy, AND DO IT F*****G fast!
