Description
Seen here with her TC-R1 Cyclotron Rifle, the Blacksea Personnel stands as the frontline infantry for the forces of the Technocratic Combine. These brave and well-trained mercenary soldiers are featured on many Combine propoganda works, and every year more and more men and women sign up to join the ranks of the Personnels in order to serve the United Technate of the Americas in expansion and defence.
