The target drone model is finished and sent for hodding. I had a idea about it for the SP campaign, but in the end it's up to you, the drone should hodded as a enemy unit that HS in for the 2 initial tests, and in the third the drone model should de hodded as the salvaged crates from hw2 missio 1.
The first trial involves the use of formations. Since Homeworld 2 doesn't technically have Homeworld 1-style formations, what ideas do you have about that?
Also, there was an additional coded "Interceptor Trial" that Relic commented out for the final release. Should we include that one to replace the "Formation Trial"?
Also, I've decided it makes more sense to use the Kushan-style target drones for the first mission, since nobody know about Kharak yet, so it doesn't make any sense to have Taiidan-style target drones be the targets.
I'm only going to do Kushan as protagonists, since it better fits into the rest of the universe (plus, it's less work since I'd have to convert more files).

So no plans for two campaigns: one with Kushan as protagonists, one with Taiidan as protagonists?
I think it will be very hard just the one :p

???
You mean this one rigth? that's why i did it.
Yes.
Let do it anyway and call it defense test or something like that, i never used formations on hw1 anyway.
The problem with calling it a different test is the audio files would not match...
I assume strikecraft will not be in squadrons, so perhaps instead of setting a formation, the player must set a strike group with 5 interceptors.
As in, create new strike groups to resemble the HW1 formations, and name them accordingly. Then the audio mismatch won't be as obvious.
good idea
rigth... what if we do it but the only real objective would be the destruction of the drone? despite of the audio.
