So far the only mod we have created is Counter Strike: Plan of Attack, it is a strategy FPS that has very wonderful gameplay and the graphics are nice, the mod is for half life 2 or Source SDK from steam tools, the game has nice features you may like, you can buy guns from the shop while in game, you can switch to a supressed pistol with default pistol if you are counter-terrorist, if you are terrorist you can switch your default pistol to burst mode, hope you enjoy, there are a few game mode available :)
