Great idea! Make the main character periodically sneeze, fart, cough and sniffle. When taking drugs, he moaned like in videos with an overdose of drug addicts, and if at least 5% of health was taken away, he would say "uhhhh blya". When taking fatty food (fat of flesh, etc.) as well as soda, he belched and all of the above would affect stealth. Full immersion
