Weapons and Armour Levels Lowered addon

This mod will give you the ability to equip all weapons and armour ingame. No longer a problem to reach L40 and finish the game will there are L45-50 weapons or armour. Now you are able to equip them all before finishing the game. Greetz, Ambrose
