Vichy 1.2 addon

Alright so i finally got around to fixing my map, i did some changes with the terrain and played several full games against AI on normal difficulty and not once got any Fatal AI Errors that occured with first version of this map. If it happens this time around please comment when, where and what you were doing in the game when it occurs so i can debug later (if at all ^^). I hope its better this time around, have fun.

Extract the files to THQ/Company of Heroes/WW2/Data/Scenarios/MP, if there isnt a "MP" file, create one
