I know that there are alot of issues with the graphics and the ADS features(knifing/melee/kicking and switching fire rates/sights/silencers while in ADS mode). I am currently working to correct the ADS Features and need help with the graphics of the V5's new sight features. If the user keys seem a bit redundant, I know they are. In the future, I plan to add more features that shall utilize these. this was just an attempt to figure out how to make use of these keys (in which i have successfully done).
Welp it changes a few things, but I like the changes :)
The only thing I would advise adding is a duel wielding weapon special for the brutal doom assault rifle.
thank you for your input. I am glad that you like it but even more so that you have some input. I was trying to decide on what to do for the weapon special for the V5 Tactical Assault Rifle (That is what I call it). Not sure whether it should be dual wielding, cartridge type, fire rate, or something else. I am open to suggestions. I also need to fix the melee knife function.

I may have the perfect solution for you my friend. There is a mod called project overkill, where one of the weapons is a customisable assault rifle. It allow you to change the cartridge type, fire mode and scope. You can put that in
Also since you have increased the rocket launcher ammo cap to 12, why not increase the grenade launcher ammo cap to 10, as the GL does need ammo in my opinion.
Please correct me if I am wrong, but I believe you are referring to the SGL.
As for the project overkill assault rifle, I shall see what I can do. As for right now, I have added in a fire rate switch for the special ability.

Well there is one more thing. Could you ring back the single shot grenade launcher but replace the primary impact grenade with a RPG shot. This is just an idea, don't take it too seriously.
Truthfully that RPG Shot sounds awesome and actually is possible by making the projectile behave as a rocket. the downside to this is it would just be a re-textured rocket. Now I do have an idea to make it stand out, however I am not at the level to do so. My idea is to have it stick to a surface like the SGL Sticky type cartridge except without the detonator.
As for the Project Overkill Assault rifle, I have a working beta of the Assault Rifle itself. It is very buggy and will require a lot of work. I should have something to upload later today, however, the fact that it came from a different mod and the buggy state of it will mean it shall remain a separate file. Once i can work out all the kinks in the rifle then I shall enable it to replace the V5Rifle.
Also later on today I shall add the bigger clip to the SGL.

Wasn't the old 2.03 title theme supposed to be the instrumental version?
Yes the old theme for 2.03 was an instrumental version of Collapsing, however Project Brutality Final (the version before 2)had the actual song as its theme.
How do you run V3? I just get an error that says Script error, "Project Brutality 3.0 Test.pk3:melee.txt" line 250:
Sprite names must be exactly 4 characters
I use GZdoom
use the latest gzdoom (not the dev versions) the ones on the main site. I think was it 2.3 but I notice its updated to 2.4 Gzdoom.drdteam.org . Just the version on main site. the later dev versions will not work and you will get that error. Thats what happened to me for a while. I even went to line 250 when I got that error in slade so I can repair that code but its perfectly fine. Theres nothing wrong with that code.
Also its not v5s fault, that error is from project brutality 3.0 itself. So try to get pb3.0 working 1st. then once you do try this mod out. Also pb3 test does not work on zandronum 3.0 so far when I tested and you will get that same 250 line error. so dont bother getting zandronum 2 or 3. just get the latest public release of gzdoom

Hello.
I have an idea... Looking at the masterpiece Brutal Doom v20 Trailer i noticed how cool would be the possibility to slow down time during the fight, exactly like in F.E.A.R.
It would be very nice if we could pick up a sort of item that can do the trick and store it like it was a weapon with its own special key for activation, so when the time comes we can press that key and for, let me say, 10 seconds, the time slows to 1/2 or less.
Or maybe, instead of picking up something, we could kill enemies and after a certain number of frags we gain this ability, we use it, then we have to re-gain that by killing other deamons.

Its so damn beautiful
Hi can somebody help me... I have delta touch on my android phone and project brutality 2.03 works fine but the v5 pk3 files make the app crashing... Is there anyone with knowledge over that... Please help and sorry for my bad English
This version works with the march 2017 build of pb 3.0. There is an updated version for 2.03. whether or not any version of V5 works with Delta touch is beyond me since I do not own that app. sorry.
