The first release of my mod. It is a project that allows you to play Urban Chaos with upscaled HD textures. I used Topaz Gigapixel AI application to upscale all of the texturesin the game that could be upscaled using machine-learning algorithms.

1. What is it?
It is a project that allows you to play Urban Chaos with upscaled HD textures. I used Topaz Gigapixel AI application to upscale all of the textures
in the game that could be upscaled using machine-learning algorithms.
2. Is the mod finished?
Mostly - yes. All of the textures that could be upscaled, are in the maximum quality.
3. Why are UI / HUD / title screens / loading screens not upscaled?
Some of the textures show as white bars when their initial resolution is changed and some of the textures cannot be upscaled more than 4x.
4. Why some textures look like watercolor painting?
The original textures were so low quality and resolution that the Gigapixel had to make guess how to upscale them.
5. How to install the mod?
Just unpack it in the main folder of the game along with the config.ini. If you don't want to overwrite your config, then just change one line "enable_clumps" to "0".
If you change it to "1" the mod will not work.
6. I don't like your textures. How to revert the mod?
Just change "enable_clumps" to "1" in the config.ini, then it will load the textures from the TXC files.
7. Why are texture seams visible?
It is a minor bug that either is present in original textures or I introduced it in the mod. I will investigate that.
IT IS RECOMMENDED TO PLAY WITH GDVOODOO2, RESHADE AND WIDESCREEN MODS ENABLED TO ENSURE MAXIMUM ENJOYABILITY.

A few bugs I've found:
- in the silver driving tutorial the asfalt textures have slim but seeable white borders
- still in the silver driving tutorial, the onscreen direction signs are replaced by white squares
- sometimes in dialogues the screen freezes until the current playing line is completely spoken
