This is a modification for the Cropduster plane in GTA_SA. It features a black Shamal resembling an "Ultor Corporation"Black Private jet inspired by the Sain†sRow video game series. A brief history will follow....
The Aircraft has been modified for another purpose than just "carrying passengers".Not only has it been modified to accomodate a large quantity of chemical compounds onboard; It is also equipped with a chemical dispenser allowing the corporation to spray all kinds of metal oxides and chemical dusts on the unsuspecting residents of San Andreas "while pretending their organisation is benevolent towards mankind". Recent Reports from a top San News contributor suggests that more of these aircrafts have been spotted in Vice City and Liberty City in the past few years but not as often as seen in the SA state, Weazel news and the F.I.B. hasn't confirmed these claims yet, the investigation is still underway. Apparently, the multi-billion corporation has infiltrated various positions of government agencies through sex bribes, blackmail and intimidation . They've cooked up a plan for a new order, under the disguise of a plan to combat global warming (Metal oxide particles being dumped in the sky to reflect the sunrays),they've gain support and more executive powers, that permitted them to put their master plan forward; without the consent of the American People, matter of fact without knowledge of such operations being carried at all. They've conducted numerous covert secret ops with the approval of some corrupt state officials, those that didn't cooperate got assassinated, my source said(an unknown Ultor insider). And he also told me that; little after a bill was passed, no way to find it in the records; it's classified "for national security reasons". They kept it secret from the public until these photo-evidences we're released this morning by Xavier Bones; a not-well known conspiracy theorist. The operations we're mostly during the night, resulting in water pollution, respiratory problems, extreme droughts, major weather instabilities, tornados and super dust storms making the state inhabitable. Consenquently people began to flee the state. With people becoming sick, hospitals running out of personel, markets running out of food, and ammunations running out of ammo; BAWSAQ and the quality of life quickly plummuted it's way down, much comparable to a third world country. Ultor capitalized on it; they bought real estate at very low prices, they gained more political power through deceit. This instability led to widespread anxiety and subsenquently civil unrest; and more violence than ever in the streets of San Andreas.
