I love the fully-destructible facade of the building. Lots of fun.
My only criticism is that you've got some flashies on the doors, and I wish you'd put the same level of detail found on the 1st and 2nd floors into the entire building. Roof-top access would be awesome as well. Oh, and the UBI sign needs some attention. haha..
Great idea though.. a few tweaks here and there and this will be a great map methinks. Certainly one of the better concepts I've seen.

writing dirty words in the side of the building with the deagle gave me no small amount of pleasure. nice work.
Nice work. I think most devs have offices thought :) nice open floor plans would be nice in real life!
very nice mate, one suggestion though would be to add main support pillars and so on, because if all the windows in one floor got shot out, it would look really really wierd just having a building floating, or being held up with stairs. I would suggest using those big grey pipes as main support pillars. Maybe have 4 main supports, and then one of the corner things from the fences folder, or use the steel girder and it would be great.
