This is an Online compatible map (can be run on CnCNET), that has some of the MOD features from the Rule Change MOD. Take the original Tsunami MAP from Red Alert 2 and remove all the trees from it, add some basic defences, and you get this. The construction Options have been edited to allow all players to have all Technologies, though it will require a lot of money and time to get it. -Black Eagle's cost 2000 and require the Tech-Centre -Desolator's can be built by anyone with a Soviet Battle LAB and Soviet Barracks -Grand Cannon's can be built by anyone with a Allied Tech-Centre -Battle Bunker's can be built as soon as the player owns a Barracks (of any force) -Advanced Battle Bunker requires a Soviet Battle LAB but has twice the amount of armour and can hold 10 people instead of 5.
