Tropical Combat v1 Readme

This is a map where 8 players start on a large island each.
All player's islands are linked together by large land bridges.
Each island has 4 oil derricks and 4 artillery platforms to capture.
The islands themselves are very big so players will have tons of room to expand and defend their bases.
Each player will also start with 10 supply docks each. That's $300,000 of resources!!
