With this mod you can sell weapons below the default of 70% weapon condition.[AOv.3,OWR,Vanilla]
Tired of seeing those red weapons when you go to sell them at the nearest trader? Well not anymore! SELL THEM ALL! With this simple, easy to install mod, you can sell any weapon you want! Whether it jams after every shot or is unrecognizable from a gun at all! You can sell it to the traders rust and all!
Included are 3 options to pick from 30%, 20%and 0%
note: weapons will be worth less the worse their condition is
This mod changes each of the traders .ltx files individually, it does not change the trade_discounts.ltx file or the gulag_job_buy_trade_buy_sell.ltx file
INSTALL AFTER INSTALLING ARSENAL OVERHAUL (if you are using it)
To install use AO version if you have Arsenal Overhaul installed and OWR & Vanilla if you don't, pick which weapon condition minimum you want the traders to accept,
then copy the configs folder from the Trader weapon condition folder you want
into the gamedata folder inside the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Call of Chernobyl folder and merge the configs
when asked to.
v0.3 notes
to adjust the lowest condition% value a trader will take open config/misc/trader and open
each of the trader files and change the value "buy_item_condition_factor" (0.0=0% 0.7=70% etc.)
From now on when AO or OWR updates check inside the patch to see if the trader files inside config/misc/trader have been changed. If they have set the value to what you want inside the patch then install the patch as you would normally
i will most likely not be updating these files every single time a new update comes out

the problem might be from the My preferred configuration (CoC_1.4 + AO3)mod because my mod only changes the trader files so uninstall his mods and see if you still getting the error

yes it has been updated but from now on people should follow the directions inside the description for further updates to other mods because i won't be updating my addon every time they change the trader files
Only problem I'm noticing is that the only option is to have traders buy them all the way to 0%. The other version still lets you pick from 0 to 30.
if you want to change the values it is explained in the description under v0.3 notes how to, i might add the 20%-30% values later
I'm tempted to install (well, after it is updated to 1.4.16), but I'm worried it will hurt the gameplay, making it too easy. Does anyone else think this will be the case?
