I also strongly recommend find and install beta patch 1.40003, it has fixed trader script (without it traders will never restock unless their current stock is changed due to story progress).

Where is beta 1.40003 I looked on gsc forum and facebook nothing there. Don't know any other place.

I think there was patch notes in english included. I didn't run installer myself, just extracted files manually so maybe installer is for Russian beta testers only :D

ummmm after installing patch 1.3 theres no configs whatsoever, its merely "gamedata" - "configs" and zero files....
