This is a comprehensive NPC conversion mod. It changes all NPC's to be more diverse in appearance. Which is to say, it makes them more attractive, intimidating, natural, etc. It only contains an .esp, so it is fully compatible with texture replacers.
TNR (Tamriel NPCs Revamped) is an NPC total conversion mod, effectively rendering 1,237 NPCs from all races more handsome or pretty, fearsome or pitiful. Due to in-game difficulties, guards are exempt from changes. This mod has been over 1,550 hours in the making, and owes its appearance upon the TES modding scene in no small part to the many fans and forum members that provided me with helpful advice and input in regards to how certain NPCs should look. Truly, without other modders and fans, this would have not come to fruition. You will now find that the NPCs within each race are far more distinguishable from one another, and unlike vanilla Oblivion, the races themselves are now much easier to distinguish from each other.
Use Wrye Bash to merge with large overhaul mods such as OoO, MMM, Fransceso's and others. People in the forums may be willing to provide guidance and assistance.
Enjoy the mod. And if you wish to incorporate it into a mod you're making, please feel free to do so. If you are the author of an overhaul mod and wish to incorporate TNR faces into it as well, then be my guest. If you decide to rerelease TNR after having performed some changes/modifications/additions to it, then I only ask that you call it a slightly different name to help prevent confusion with this original file. TNR is YOUR mod, so please use it as a tool to help better or further your projects.
