Soooooo, for everyone wondering, why the F### is a Dead MOD waking up all of a Sudden?
Well, that's got something to do with my Comments to Electronic Arts, and a Dead Game.
So, with Battlefield 2042 having only released a couple of Days ago (19th Nov 2021), I took a look at it. Yes, I had Pre-Ordered the Game several Months ago. Frankly, it's not even suitable as a Beta Test, it's that bad. Not to mention it's not even recognisable as a Battlefield Game. Then there is the case of False Advertising.
So, with all of that, it's Clear Electronic Arts is losing the will to carry on. I said this much to them... They didn't take it well, but at the same time, they couldn't deny it. So, on that basis, I few them the Logic, allow me to Produce what they will only do a Botch Job of anyway. When EA gets its S### together, then come back to me and ask me to stop. Until that day, they can put up and shut up and let me get on with it... With OR WITHOUT them.
Can I keep the MOD's Prefix (Command & Conquer 5)... So long as I don't make any actual Money from the Project, they won't bother with a Legal Case as it would only lose them money. As such, they've backed down (Unofficially). They won't provide any of the Original Assets for any Title in the Genre, but maybe I'm just not the correct person to be asking for such things.
EA is just blatantly killing off the Intellectual Properties of almost every Franchise it owns. Now the Battlefield Franchise is next to have been carelessly disposed of in a Landfill of Dead Games. Is the Company likely to survive over the next few Years... Frankly, I don't think so. Battlefield 2042 Released, and Share Values took a Nose Dive as people reach for refunds for a Game that got Rush-Released (myself included). For everyone asking, yes, I did check to be sure, and it's been falling since 12th Nov 2021, and has taken an even sharper Dive since 19th Nov 2021.

Looks neat, but how is the shattered tiberium collected? I too hope c&c can go to a less incompetent and greedy company.
The issue is with Electronic Arts, holding the IP hostage.
As for how the Tiberian/Tiberium is Collected, you may note that the Structure goes Underground. Sure, the explanation isn't perfect, but some Poetic Licencing is needed, I'm not an Expert.
