If you can't read German, it pretty much says the model works for both III and VC and that you need DMagic's Wheel mod for the custom tires and the Img tool for the models. Just rename the .dff and .txd files to the name of the car you want to replace.
They way you have done it, it's a Challenger R/T, not a Charger. The nose looks completely wrong.

this is a total kick@ss model and a musthave fot GTA! :p I just wish there was a model without the compressor (cough Bullit car chase cough) :D
