Resources = 28 Strategic Points, 2 Critical Locations, 4 Relics, 6 Slag Deposits.
History = The great planet of Marcadian Prime was invaded by the Orkish hordes some 3 months ago. A stalemate has arisen which now divides the planet in two. Trench warfare takes place in the mountains while down closer to the coastline beach assualts are common place. Now the fate of this proud icon of the Imperium to either stand strong against the oppressors or crubble in what is to be the largest bloodbath since the battle for Armaggeddon.
Description = This map is 3 v 5. Attacking team has obvious advantage of numbers whilst the defenders have the advantage of having easily defendable chokepoints. In the mountains to the north there are two lines of trenches that are heavy cover and protected from vehicles by tank traps; also the "No Mans Land" is negative cover and exceedingly dangerous to all who venture into it. In the middle of the level the river that goes near the city has been barricaded but assualt or hover units for example are still more than capable of breaching. To the south lies what is essentially a double beach-head; this is the only place in which vehicles can readily access the other teams land making it a hotbed for activity.
Notes = You must play this map with "Resource Sharing" on. I recommend that you try this map on Insane difficulty first for a real challenge. Its possible for one person to defend against all 5 of the enemies but it is however impossible for that person to win (stalemate).
