This addon temporary fixes blind and bugged AI in a new version of Anomaly, 'til new official hotfix comes out.
AI Fix
AI is kinda bugged in a last patch, NPCs are taking too much time to react, and they are pretty blind. And the first hotfix does not fix that. So I made this small fix to improve AI's combat abilities. Actually, i just replaced some values with ones from Misery 2.1.1. and adjusted them a bit, so all credits go to the misery team for their kickass settings.
I made this for myself, but decided that it may be worth of sharing)
Notes:
- It doesn't solve ALL the issues, NPCs still do some stupid things from time to time. (Like switching weapons in front of you in a middle of a combat or rushing backwards at you and sometimes still taking time to react and standing blind. But it happens MUCH less than before)
- Beware that these settings are from Misery. And though NPCs are still not so powerfull as in Misery - they still can give you hell. (Tested it out on myslef XD)
Installation
To install a fix just simply extract an archive into your game directory. Or drag and drop m_stalker.ltx into (your path and your game directory)/gamedata/configs/creatures
Is this based off Update 1 that was just released today or the Hotfix that was released yesterday?
It has no problem working with last update(checked it out just now), simply because none of them touches AI.

Do you have any idea what the hell they could've done to the AI to get them this broken? Like it just seems like for whatever reason they made reaction speeds slower.
Basically what this does is make the AI see through walls, similarly to earlier in-dev beta versions, just even worse.

This addon fixes nothing. Skip it and just wait next patch.

Hi, I ask you a question, how can I re-enable AI to die in the anomalies?
theres a mod for that, called "beefs npc die in anomalies", so now you can see that bandit get what he deserves by being swirled up on the air and turn into bits, tryna flank you with a double barrel shotgun
