Tarkov Bullet Cracks and Impact Sounds - 1.5.1 addon

Half-assed update to Souvlakii 's excellent Tarkov bullet cracks and impact sounds from Escape from Tarkov, making it compatible with Anomaly 1.5.1. All I really did was remove the 1.5.1-incompatible base.ltx which enabled more sounds. The mod loses a small amount of functionality, but still works and should now be compatible with anything and everything, as it only replaces vanilla sounds 1:1.

Obviously not directly compatible with any other sound mod which directly changes the same sound files, but shouldn't cause any crashes either way.
