Player can use all of the terrorist, hostage, civilian, pilot etc skins
which came from Raven Shield, Athena Sword, Iron Wrath. Totally 151 skins!

Installation
Unzip this mod.
Make sure to put Tango_Complete.ini into RavenShield/System folder.
And put other files into RavenShield/Mods/NewOperative.
Now you can use the extra characters on SinglePlayer game.If you already have YahWeh's Tango Skin Mod, please delete his TangoDesc.u, TangoDesc.int.
How to use for MultiPlayer game --- Server Side Only
For using this mod on MultiPlayer server side, firstly upload all the files to your server or your redirect,
except Tango_CompleteDesc.u and Tango2.int.Then open Mods/RavenShield.mod and add the following line
bottom of the file.ServerPackages=Tango_Compleete
ServerActors=Tango_Compleete.ArmorThe Character default armor is Medium. However, server can edit this from Tango_Complete.ini in System folder.[Tango_Complete.Armor]
UseLightArmor=False
UseHeavyArmor=FalseIf you wish to use Light Armor, change "UseLightArmor" to True.
