My sound overhaul for STCoP has been in work since early 2018, and I'm happy to finally release it the public.
This sound pack is probably as close as you can get to real firearms in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. I've referenced many videos, and have even used some of the weapons used in STCoP. I've tried my damnedest to get the weapons sounding as close as the real life counter-parts.
If you decide to use this, I recommend using -noprefetch, otherwise the game may crash due to memory limitations.

Wow, it's been several months and I haven't noticed you responded. If you can, could you either port the dynamic huds medkit/bandage animation or make the hero lower their weapons when using medical items?

need a new game, and what is -noprefetch? i should put that in the shortcut of CoC? like the spawn menu?
I am Asking samme question, because it didnt work for me. I am pretty sure its completely my fault, because i cant figure it out..
Sorry for a late reply but to do the -noprefetch thing, just go to your CoC shortcut (If you don't have it then create one and place it in your desktop) and then right click, go to properties and then attach this line "-noprefetch" and click apply.
