My vission for HD merc models I modified or created using Anomaly HD Models Addon assets and original game files.
Pack description:
All the models were modifyed or created to correspond my personal vision for merc faction and in my work I wanted to make all the game factions to have their own unique look, style and ammunition color scheme avoiding excessive variations. By this reason there is no merc in this pack wearing sunrise armor or any other not related to this faction armor.
Notes:
Faction mechanic and trader were recreated using original CoC head models.
The model of stalker_merc_durad that can be found in Pripyat as a dead body I changed to the one of open faced stalker model from HD pack while durad's CoC vanilla head model used for merc trader.
Also created model for Scar, a hero of Stalker Clear Sky but as far as he doesn't have any reference in the Stalker CoC I just added the model in the pack in case if somebody will need it.
This is my first huge pack contribution to the community. Hope you like it and feel free to use it for your mod to keep this truly immortal game still alive! At the moment I have almost finished all the faction models that will be uploaded in futer as separate packs for each faction. Welcome any feedback!
The pack includes files for version for 1.4.22/1.5R6 and 1.5R7.
Compatibility:
The pack was created on vanilla CoC and not tested with another mods.
Installation:
For the models: Copy the "gamedata" folder from selected version of the game into the game's directory. Overwrite if prompted.
For textures: Copy the "gamedata" folder from "textures for all versions" into the game's directory and overwrite if prompted.

Update and changes:
- Added missing textures.
- Fixed merc tech for CoC v1.5 in character_desc_deadcity.xml. You can change it without redownloading the pack by going to the file located at gamedata\configs\gameplay\ , opening the file character_desc_deadcity.xml with notepad, find the line "actors\stalker_merc\stalker_merc_mehanik" and replace it with "actors\stalker_unique\stalker_merc_mehanik"
Changed pack structure.
Pack name on download should be Stalker_merc_HD_models_collection_v2.3.7z
is its compatible with outfit addon?
I am not using Outfit addon in my game but the pack changes only npc model so it not going to create any conflict. Just note that it will change the look of all npc and could change player look wearing certain armor. Also note that it was made for clean 1.4.22 or 1.5 version replacing only original CoC .ogf model files.

Yes, I mentioned this in the description. Anomaly HD Models Addon is brilliantly made model pack but I found it a bit over crowded with variations, so I used the models from the pack and with magic of blender, photoshop and different community plugins and tools modified most of them, and some created myself combining model assets to way that they correspond my personal criteria of "how I want it to look like".

The print screen is a bit unclear. It you have an issue with the pack can you please specify what exactly.

If you see full model in blue color that probably you put the textures in a wrong place. Please check. Textures for both version can be found in the pack folder called "textures for all versions", inside folder "gamedata" that must be placed into main game directory.

That's really strange, as on my test on clean CoC 1.5 there is no any console error output about missing textures. The version of the pack Stalker_merc_HD_models_collection_v2.2. Anso check if you have about 100MB folder caled "newmerc" under "gamedata\textures\act\". If it less try to redownload the pack and copy textures again. If it still an issue after that please send a log file. You can find it in \appdata\logs\.
after installation, the newmerc folder still weighs 17 megabytes
That's the problem. You missing textures. I just did a control download of the pack and it looks good. If you can please download fresh Stalker_merc_HD_models_collection_v2.2, unpack in in somewer not in the game folder and go to "textures for all versions\gamedata\textures\act" select all and copy into "your_stalker_game\gamedata\textures\act\"

You didn't even tell us how to properly make the addon work, i thought the textures for both version means... both working for 1.4.22 & 1.5, i suggest make a note or put it on description so players like me don't get confused about addons not working(I always look at description to the mod addon.
Thanks for a suggestion. There was info in the description, sorry if it was not clear enough. I updated the instruction to make it more clear. I am new at moddb and still learning the best way to deliver content.
Infiltration Addon doesn't recognize the Outfits after Outfit Addons was overwritten by HD Models. So inclusion, i can't disguise myself(by wearing faction armors) after i enabled many HD models.
The addon is made and tested for vanilla version of the game. You can see it from the description of the mod. Unfortunately I am not doing any adaptation for another mods.
