SOTS2 Enhanced Edition: Human Feasability addon

Human techs all have 100% feasibility, meaning you no longer have to do the studies and all are available to be researched. If you want another race done either pm me or leave a comment.

It is in a Rar and is a txt document, simply back up your tech file in:
( C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sword of the Stars II\assets\base\Tech ) or where ever your game assets are and than replace the original with the new file.
