This is the Shatter Map.
Welcome to the world of SHATTER! This is a tribute to the original cod map "glassattack". That's right, the ground below you is NOT stable, and can cause your ultimate demise. Best used as an S&D map, the goal is a battle of attrition (kill the entire enemy team). You can do this the old fashion way, OR, by "shattering" the floor underneath them until plunging 200 yards to their death on the cold, hard concrete below!
Take advantage of the static obstacles, the "island" with its barely-adequate cover,
and the wooden beams that require a shot themselves to disintegrate underfoot.
This map heightens the gameplay of CoD2 by creating many more levels of complexity. A new strategy must emerge to become adept at the shatter world.
The improvements under MP_EMS_SHATTER2:
1. More spawn cover... you have dummies behind you to help camoflauge your attack
2. Several more static obstacles for cover
3. A longer fall to attempt to bring the enemy down with you!
4. Signature "EMS" logos also used as spawn cover
