PLEASE NOTE: THIS CAMPAIGN WILL ONLY WORK WITH ROTR 1.87, NOT 1.86. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE ALL MISSIONS ON 1.86 DUE TO THE CHANGES BETWEEN THE TWO VERSIONS.
As there has been a new version of 1.87 that was released in early January 2018, I recommend you use that version to play this campaign. Using the previous version of 1.87 may work, however I cannot guarantee it.
To install 1.87, you must first become a member of SWR Productions, simply go to:
Forums.swr-productions.com
and register in order to download the latest version. Instructions on how to download 1.87 will be in the '1.87 Public Build Testing'. You don't have to be an active member, and it doesn't cost anything. Just use your membership to download if you wish.
To play this campaign, extract the mission files from the .zip file into:
Documents>Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data>Maps
Then open Rise of the Reds, go to Skirmish>Unofficial Maps, and they should be in there.
This is the final mission for Aleksandr's campaign. It is uploaded in a separate file because I have not made changes to the other missions, so there is no point uploading it again.

A.I is slightly more relaxed.

Aleksandr is developing a new Superweapon to counter the threat of the ECA's Solaris Relay. When his research base is discovered by the Chinese and the Americans, he must make a desperate attempt to protect his creation at all cost. When the time is right, he will unleash his rage on those who oppose him.

This was really fun! As with the ECA mission 5 that you did, I decided to see what would happen if I simply waited instead of destroying the Internet Center. I built up my secondary economy and expanded. Looks like my guess was right- destroying the Internet Center triggers the Nuke Missile countdown- a good thing I saw that because I decided to scout the enemy base first. Also, you might want to make the Strategy Center and the Chinese Command Center uncapturable- I decided to capture them instead because I couldn't destroy them as I hadn't done the previous objective- and I won the mission right away, without firing a superweapon.
Fair play for having the patience to destroy the base without the Tremor! I'll try to edit the structures to be uncaptureable in the next update. Thanks for the feedback!

What version of ROTR are you playing?
You need to have ROTR 1.87 Public Beta to play this campaign map.
Put the map folder in your Documents/Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data/Maps

What would USA have as a response to Russia's Blackbear(unique Sentinel) or ECA's Manticore? The faction was meant for drones and aircraft, instead of heavy tanks had me wondering. What would be an epic air unit for USA? Not a suggestion, but an odd imagination.
Would a "Sky Juggernaut" for America be too overpowered, even if it were scaled down to the size of WWII Yamato and not as big as an Imperial Destroyer from Star Wars, which is the size of New York City?
- Has 4 pairs of Avenger Lasers for long range anti-air.
- Against ground units or buildings, it fires 30 tomahawk missles in a barrage, then waits 25-30 seconds to reload.
- Same or slightly greater health than a command center.
- Cost 15,000 - 20,000 and only 1 can be built. Also, it has a bit more build time than a superweapon.
- Inside are 8 raptors as the Juggernaut acts as a flying aircraft carrier.
- Slightly faster than a propaganda airship.
- Immune to EMPs, so it cannot be one shoted.
Nothing. I don't believe all 5 factions are expected to have an R5 GP which will enable them to construct a "super" unit. I wouldn't make any suggestions either, as they aren't welcome for ROTR.
Maybe it's just me, but I can't train Mercenearies after accepting the GLA deal.
