wonder what im doing wrong i load it into jsgme all the same as the other mods, does it conflict with anything known? or does it need a new save? i still see the blur in the right corner

step 1: install via JGSME
step 2: delete SHADER CACHE in appdata folder in Anomaly

P.S.: Even though the description mentions it works for DX10 + 11, I run DX9 and it works too! As the other comments mention, just be sure to delete your shader cache first.
I don't know why but for me this mod causes really bad stuttering. And yes I am sure its because of this mod. I enable it and there is stuttering. I disable it and the stuttering goes away. Really like the idea of the mod but its a mess.
