Do you know how to REDUCE controller effect but not completely remove it? And also reduce it's radius. I love those effects but they get old very fast if played all over the map.

Ok, after some digging I think the offending file is drunk.anm, it is used both for drinking Vodka and for controller effects. Need someone who have SDK installed to edit this file.. Anyone?
I conveted that file with anm2ltx, but don't know, which parameters needs to be edited Yadi.sk
Oh, thanks for this. There are tons of numbers to tweak.. oh well, I guess I'll just turn this effect off for now and wait for someone else to fix it:)
Sadly I'm not that good in modding the game, I have no idea how to mess with the animations :p
I actually like the controller effects, because the controller is a formidable opponent when you are dizzy and if you fight it in a building, where they usually are in the game. Also, the psionic mutants can reduce your psyche quickly and melt your brain if not careful.

Thank you so much. I spent more than half an hour having the effect while fighting rats and zombies and a bloodsucker until I finally found that ugly son of a bitch far away from all that other **** I had to deal with in the Agroprom underground.

is there a way to remove the sound also? its infuriating whenever theres one just underground, id much prefer just the ringing when it sees you.

Hey, thank you so much for this mod. Is there a way to update this mod to the current version of the game (DCE 2.29)?
In this version controllers are insanely broken due to their 50 meter psy-destroyer radius. It is imposible to land a shot without a telescopic sight because there is no way to get close without getting almost dizzy-blinded.
I will love the one that update this mod.

This camera sway was annoying me, even with a sniper from far away i couldn't shoot the controller, seems like they even increased the psi aura radius in DCE version.
10/10 Addon!
Edit: Crashes if you activate NVG, so only use when going to confront a Controller
