"Reichsverteidigung" - full version addon

1) The addon is a compilation from the "Defense of the Reich" mod by Boelcke, adapted for earlier versions of the game and partly from the "Hot skies" addon - full version.

2)For compatibility with all versions of the game, “additional” aircraft models have been replaced with standard ones, for example Spitfire XIVc with Spitfire IXe, Bf-109G14AS with Bf-109G14.

3)Added missions in France in 1941-1943.

4)Reichsverteidigung.zip contains 2 files: "Reichsverteidigung" - the dynamic campaign itself and "Reichsverteidigung_Skins" - skins for it, respectively. Installation of skins as desired.
