I tried it WITHOUT ROE and it works just fine.
And, yes, it is only obtainable thru the console.
Sorry, i installed it just as it says but when i start the game it puts

It works! I didn't even have to start a new game. But when I quitted the game and launched it again, my quicksave and autosave loaded the level from the beginning. On my next restart everything was fine. I use dhewm3 source port.
Hey brother! Is it possible that all weapons of doom 3 can be modified into real guns I mean like Ak-47, m416, glock, and all other modern guns I mean a full weapon conversion. Really want to find it out

I just tested it in my android phone its looks and work awesome, and today i m playing doom 3 for the first time too, and welcomed with this cool shotgun, excellent work bro, keep up the good work. :)
It is not compatible with SIKKMOD 1.2, the game crashes when it is loading the second level.
Anyone know any version of double shotgun MOD that works in SIKKMOD 1.2?

anyway to bind this weapon to a key? the only way i can access it is through cycling weapons which is way too slow
Now somebody needs to make a mod like this but that includes the grabber & the bloodstone 😤👍
