It has a conflict with 'Workshop on Backpack' addon
To resolve the conflict, you need to add 2 lines after the use1_action_functor line in the o_backback file.
use2_functor = ui_debug_launcher.backpack_workshop
use2_action_functor = ui_debug_launcher.start_workshop

Вы можете добавлять улучшения в рюкзаки, но я новый мододелист, поэтому не думаю, что смогу это сделать. Хотя это определенно кажется возможным!

are you playing the game off of a cloud file? why's it in the onedrive folder? that sounds awfully strange.
can you attach the ini_log like it says?
also are you using U4H8 or RC18/19

i launch my game and it crashes did i install it wrong?

Having the same crash and same error log as the user above me. Just CTD right after pressing "Play S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly". Using U4H8.
