Installation :
- Open the gta3.img (located here : C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGTA San Andreasmodels) with IMG Tool.
- Replace the old enforcer.dff and .txd by the one you want included this archive.
- Rebuild the gta3.img.
- Repllace the following lines (C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGTA San Andreasdata):
* handling.cfg
