Placebo Effect addon

This map has quite the history. The *first* idea for the map came back in the Quake 3 days but nothing came to fruition until Quake 4. The map, in a somewhat greener form, was submitted to the VIA Mapping Contest but didn't do so hot. But after five months of on and off work, and many saturated blue textures later, the map was finally able to get to the presentable state.
