Outfit Addon adds a lot of new outfits to the game. Now compatible with Call of Misery, STCOM and AO.
Description copied from the official OA addon page.
NEW GAME REQUIRED
And much more.
I took the liberty to make 4 starting loadouts, mainly because it really ruins the realism for me to start with certain items.
Each of them are mostly tweaked starting money and ammo. Some adds certain armors as starting items because it makes sense (I.E: Soldiers start with a soldier uniform). True realistic also adds these armors to duty, freedom and ecologs since they don't have rookie outfits in the core games, with some other changes too.
Loner Nightmare makes you start with only a flashlight, a UPD, 1 battery, a geiger counter and a leather jacker. Nothing else.
Feel free to change them to fit your own taste or even send me yours. If I find them fun or realistic, I'll add them.
You can download AO for CoM 1.0c here: Moddb.com
AO patch is now part of this download. Thanks very much to SashaRed!
Simply extract the gamedata folder to your CoM installation folder.
For making the wonderful Outfit Addon! I'll also quote his credits:
Most of the suits are stitched together from various sources.
The NBC suit is from AO3 and the radiation suits are merged from OGSM and AO3.
The Bandit Berill is from TFW. The ISG outfits and the soldier uniform are made from old build assets.
Beta exo model is from Customization Pack.
Exo and SEVA upgrade icons are from STCoPWP armor addon.
For the compatibility with COM and new suits.
For making AO compatible with OA, and pointing it out here.
For fixing the STCOM compatibility problems.
I only take credit for the upload, adding the translation (which was just copying the original text file and tweaking it a little) and the custom faction loadouts.
Thanks to everyone that contributes!

Please report any problems you might encounter. I'm pretty sure there are still translation problems.
Is it compatible with StCoP or StCoM, w/e its called
Oops, forgot about STCoM. I already uploaded the compatible version, added with the main file.
I didn't test it at all since I don't have STCoP, I only put the english translation. Any problems, please refer them to me or ask in the STCoM addon.
Thanks, what about this version, seems to be more up to date?
Yadi.sk
I took it from the official google docs page for CoM mods
Right, it's kinda hard to keep track of all the docs and russian pages when you have no idea what they say. For some reason I ended up in another version of OA. I'm going to correct everything and upload it again.
Thanks for pointing it out.
Me not have description and name in the outfits, only the name of programmation:
xx_YYYY_ZZZZZ
Uhm, are you sure you installed it correctly? Does this happen with every suit, or just OA suits? Is your localization eng?
me try to reinstall now... me install this folder in archive: Outfit Addon for CoM 1.0d Vanilla (v4.03) ... update: OK sorry, me reinstall, now have descriptions and name, ty so mutch.

Alright, I uploaded the last version from the russian doc. Thanks to brankovich for point that out. It also has the compatibility patch for STCOM.
The russian doc also has a version with a exosuit w/o helmet. I really don't know what that is and I don't care neither, but I uploaded too in a separate file, just in case anyone wants it.
( Mega.nz )
Everything should™ be in order now. Any problem or whatever, let me know.
Good stuff, thanks!
Thank you for the English version.
Oh, you should've mentioned that you were planning to upload Outfit Addon, because I was in process of translating it.
Good job anyway, I'll send you a better variant of the translation once I'm finished.
I actually did, yesterday. I asked in the main page of CoM if it was alright to upload sutff, and specifically asked about OA.
Great, PM me when you got that. My translation is basically the original OA text with minimal tweaks to make it readable. A more thought-out version would be awesome.
My bad bi0nicman, I forgot to mention to :Jack you were working on a trans.
It's alright, we already talked and I'm going to upload his whenever is ready.
Expected as much, neither of you seem the type to be offended easily.
Cheers.
Is there any chance of getting an AO compability patch? That would be frickin' awesome.
I'd love you to pieces if you would make that happen.
Well, I'm just an uploader here. I really don't know how to do stuff. Maybe our russian friends will do it, but I highly doubt it, since AO is being replaced by the new STCOP (I forgot the name) and Enigma (AO creator) hasn't been working on it as far as I know.
I stand corrected,SashaRed posted the links below. Enjoy!
Bitbucket.org
Added name and desc for a Clear Sky helmet I missed.
I'd recommend to check for a new version from time to time either here or in the repo, since I'm sure there are going to be a lot of small fixes. I also plan to upload bi0nicman's translation as soon as it's available.
Hey, I've made a patch for Arsenal Overhaul. Moddb.com
Here it is. Dropbox.com
Great, I'll link them in the description. Thanks!
No problem. You're free to include the patch in the mod itself, like the rest of the patches. It'll probably be easier for people to find.
Will do.
New version uploaded.
Patch notes:
Version: 4.0
New game: required
Description:
Addon not working with weapon packs (except STCoM) or add-ons to expand inventory.

— Changed the textures and icon of the Clear Sky Exosuit.

— The costumes of ecologists has been changed. Each color gives enhanced protecion to a specific anomaly now. Orange suit against the fire anomalies, white against electric anomalies, blue against psy damage, and it has improved armor protection;

— Corrected hand textures.
— Minor changes in descriptions of the costumes.
— New visuals for the military and merc rookie jackets;
New features:
— Duty - all suits have enhanced protection against rupture;

One more thing: I have uploaded this addon yesterday and already updated it twice. It's really hard to keep up with the russians (do they even sleep?), and they love to tweak descriptions and such. My main goal is to make the text readable, but keep in mind it may not be accurate. It wouldn't be posible for me to translate the whole file and re-write it so it doesn't seem a cheap google translation.
So yeah, let me know if you find anything that may require more tinkering.
Also, keep track of the repo if you want the latest translations.
I be damm..thank alot bro..seriusly thank a lot..
Russians. One-of-a-kind.
I think it would be better if
— Monolith - All the suits have a weak psi defense
— Freedom - All suits have enhanced protection against radiation
Hey Jack, this is awesome.. I'm just wondering.. I use Graff's russian addon that allows for dismantling weapons for spare parts so you can repair your own. I already had a problem with the ui inventory icons so I had to replace that file with the STCoM file.. just wondering, with your outfit addon, will there be any potential problems? I really don't think that addon changes anything but the function of the crowbar and adding new items (weapon parts) but yeah, you did say anything that expands the inventory?
Hey, I'm going to go ahead and guess that Graff's addon modifies the UI. OA also modifies the UI, so I'm pretty sure they are not compatible. You will end up with a broken UI. But hey! I'm don't even know what I'm talking about. I have very little knowledge about how this all works. I just uploaded the mod here.
using this with the AO patch. duty leather jacket seems to be missing a icon
I'll ask around and see if I can help you out.
Sounds like an issue with textures\ui\ui_icon_equipment.dds. The mod's set up correctly, so it must be on your end.
The AO patch should be installed after the vanilla version of the mod.
Error:
[error]Arguments : Can't open section 'up_gr_firstcd_helm_battle'.
If I remove that upgrade path, I get another similar error and so on and so on.
I think it's a conflict with the All Upgrades Unlocked mod.
Wait, it must be a conflict with the Novice Outfit and Raincoat fix from some Russian mod.
Like I said before, I can't be too technical. My advice would be trying not to use a lot of addons if you are not sure what you are doing, since everything seems to be loosely tied together. Even I use only OA and get a whooping 80 fps loss (from 100 to 20) and I dont even know why.
I managed to fix it.
Great, have fun!
New version uploaded.
Patch notes:
Version: 4.03
The only difference I noticed between 4.0 and 4.03 is:
-The clear sky trader now sells ammunition for the Gauss gun, only after a certain level of reputation. This is done for balance since only Monolith could get this ammo.
Also fixed a missing name for respirator_2, hopefully.
Now working with CoM 1.0d fix 2.
AO compatibility soon.
AO comp patch already uploaded to the main file.
Hi :Jack, I was taking a look at the files in the download. I suggest you delete configs/gameplay/character_desc_general.xml from your next version. It has fixed supplies sections for each character that changes CoM's spawn settings, so you won't get the CoM weapons and stuff. It's not needed for OA in any case, since OA shouldn't be touching that stuff. The version in here looks like something more useful with vanilla CoC than CoM.
Alrighty, will do.
Is this compatible with the new update for StCoM> STCoM Weapon Pack Fix?
Moddb.com
It should be.
This addon doesnt seem to be working correctly for me. I get all the additional suits apart from the ISG suits, the sunrise exo, and bandit beril. I've spawn in all the suits in debug mode just to be sure, they definitely aren't there. Any idea what's going on?
I'm running with the STCOM compatibility patch included.
Well, you seem to be right. The description was copied from the original OA because I thought CoM's included all of the OA **** plus additional things. But it seems those are missing. Good catch, I'm fixing the description now.
why this mods icons looks low res and jittery compared to vanila outfit icons! is it supposed to be bad quality? i am playing on 1440p and can totally see the low res icons.
where is the merc radiation suit? i got a million cash but i dont find it anywhere! the Dushman only sell twilight armor and merc armor
All factions have rad suits, if by rad suit you mean the exo-less jumpsuit. Chances are random for traders to have stock, so maybe you are just not lucky enough. Dushman should have more than just twilight and regular merc armor anyways.
Icons should be like any other icon. If you are using STCOM that may be the problem of both your problems, since Alkiroth said it is now incompatible. Can you show what you mean by low res?
You may or may not know this, but in CoM not all items all available for purchase right away, as you need to build up relations with the factions. Regarding the merc radiation suits in particular, you need 600 "goodwill points" with the mercenaries, which equals about 12 completed quests or so.
