Official Doom StatusBar and main menu translation addon

So, a while ago I got my hands on the not so well know official Doom 2 fr that contained a full traduction of all the assets and in it are a few diffrences, mainly the options menu but also a fully translated status bar and intermission screen,For all thoses French players out there, I knew I had to report this, so after extracting everything, here they are.

Also as a bonus are the official full 8 rotational sprites for Doomguy, Zombie man, Shotgun guy and the Imp
