No Silencer Nerf
Description
Altered .ltx file to get rid of the silencer nerf, and just keep the buffs. Should work with any version! Make sure to comment if something breaks. Now compatible with B&S thanks to V0lk4n00 :)

Thank you from those of us who are too lazy to do it ourselves.
I'm using rc21 addons : boomstick, powered exos, sealth, alternate aim for select weapon
when I add this addon, game just shut down. wt do u think which is wrong?
Hmmmm. The file (weapons_silencers.ltx) might have overwritten something important. I can't say for sure it's compatible with everything, but you could try changing up the values in the existing file :)
How did silencers change in the new anomaly version? Did they ruin it?
I'm pretty sure the silencer debuff was inherited from the original games
