No Head Bobbing 1.3+patch2 addon

Reuploaded file, so now you only have to drag and drop gamedata folder. Accidentally left it as configs before. Tiny mod removes head bobbing while moving / running / scoped. I get bad motion sickness easily and removing bobbing helps me greatly. Enjoy.
