Wait, so you recommend finishing the main story before using this plugin... which would unlock all the new factions... which would render this mod useless... What?
Actually, the Story mode its a bit. useless. It's nice when you finished it on 2.4, but not all ppl likes it and not all ppl will finish it again.
That's why this addon exist, for ppl who already finished story mode and just dont want to do it again ^^
To bo honest with ya... I never complete story mode, all my saves just... gave it up at some point lol
So this is just for people who like having fun! But still, I still thinks it is worth at least a playthrough before using this addon :)
Yep, it happens. I've tried the story mode like.. 7 times? Until I finally finished it on 2.4. It was such a pain..
It's kinda boring, and who loves the damn LABS? Its just unfair with such mutants almost instakilling you. And what about taking with you 3 NPCs into the damn Chernobyl Reactor and Monoliths killing them like paper? It was a F5 spam on every step.
Anyway, thanks a lot for this addon. You saved a lot of ppl with this ^^ #NOMORELABS
Yeah I see what you mean. I feel that the npc/mutant damage as well as actor damage were balanced in 2.4 imo (which thankfully I still have installed in a separate folder). But now in 3.0, it feels like the mutants and NPCs (mostly NPCs) are very "tanky" and often times will two-shot or even one shot you at the lowest difficulty level.
But I think the most annoying thing (and I'm not sure what causes this), is when your companions just overload themselves with broken crap and useless items (even when you tell them to stop looting). I wish there was a way to make them dump their junk so that their inventory is not cluttered. You can give them stuff, but you can't even buy the stuff they do have atm. All in all, I am curious as to what the new 4th story line has to offer. That's mainly why I'm playing story mode in 3.0 even though I have completed it twice now.

I keep crashing whenever i choose the new factions (As well as the normal factions). Possibly the new update conflicting? btwihaventfinishedthestorymode.
Please tell me the error log if you can, that would help me a lot :)
So is this just like a lone wolf play?
And I know I can unlock sin, but can I unlock the other factions?
Sorry for the late reply(I haven't play STALKER in a while), these 3 factions is unlockable, butyou have to complete something first, maybe achievement or just a single playthough.
Do the new factions have trader npcs? Where you can like buy faction items or is it only what you can find on their bodies?
In my knowledge, they all have faction traders. According to the trade profiles, but in-game? I am not so sure, I know UNISG does not have a trader in the beginning of the game, and Sin only have 1 trader at the beginning too.
I put this mod in but I still can't choose any of the new factions when making a character.

Thanks man, I beat Anomaly on 2.4 (which was a pain in the *** the companion AI is next to retarded) and installed the new update and for some reason didn't have access to any of the factions, I hope you don't mind me asking how you went about unlocking them? Also UNISG does not have a trader, to my knowledge its the guy who gives you the job so technically speaking he is a trader, but also an important character (gives you the secret questline.) It keeps downloading as an internet explorer download, how do I fix this.
I start with 1 ru as Sin. It also seems to be the only faction that has a trader.
So I instaled the mod and choose unisg as my faction in warfare (I tried normal gamemodes to)
And when I started playing I enter relation tab and i see only the vanilla factions and unisg showing but not the sin or renegade's although in warfare mod sin and the renegade's are in the statistics tab showing there squad number and outpost controlled by them but still not in the relations
(Be noted that I tried l choosing the other 2 factions but it will only show the one you chooses if you choose a vanilla faction none of the new factions will be shown in the relation tab)

Plus the don't work with dynamic relations I know it's a lot but can you fix it
Sorry I reply this late, I recently just come back to STALKER Anomaly.
The new factions are suppose to be bonus factions after you finish the main storyline. So in default, they DON'T have an actual place in the relation tab unless you pick them.
Also can you give me more detail on it doesn't work with dynamic relations? Does the relations gone static? Or just the relations of new factions doesn't show up in the tab?
thanks man i played the campaing through and did everything to unlock unsig but nothing happend idk if its bugged or if im missing something

greh = true
isg = true
renegade = true
I unlocked Renegade and Sin during campaign and i unlock UNISG by adding it in the file.
It seems to work for me.

does this work with update 4 hotfix 8?
Does not work with RC18. Game crashes when selecting "New Game".

go to S.T.A.L.K.E.R Anomaly\gamedata\scripts and open "ui_mm_faction_select.script" with notepad.
Find line 451 that says "self.table_faction = {"
Now below "["monolith"] = true," add the following lines:
["renegade"] = true,
["greh"] = true,
["isg"] = true,
