you must have installed, the hud in the wrong place.
extract the hud folder, inside folder Menu_Client.zip
Then just paste the folder hud, at folder Menu_Client.zip of your mod.
open the your, Menu_client.zip folder and paste simple.

1.extract "us_rif_acw-r_tac" folder from the rar then add & place it to object_server.zip/weapons/Handheld /
2.add & place "us_rif_acw-r_tac_icon.dds" to your bf2 menu_C.zip/hud/texture/Ingame/weapons/icons/hud/

It is the same procedure:
1.extract "us_rif_acw-r_tac" folder from the rar then add & place it to object_server.zip/weapons/Handheld /

It worked at first, but then after modding some more I got this error: "Texture not found: menu/hud/texture/ingame/weapons/icons/ hud/M16A3. I looked there and everything seemed good, but the game just overlooks the M16A3.DDS file in HUD.
