Lucky38 Executive Vault addon

So here is a little resource modification made for Tale of Two Wastelands 2.9.4b and Project Brazil 1.3.1. After a great deal of experimentation I have come to the conclusion that it is compatible with a wide array of alternate start mods. It is also going to be updated very soon. I gave myself so many options with this mod that I have been dithering for weeks plotting stuff only to come up with something even cooler and start off in another direction. To you few that have this mod feel free to use it however you like. Especially, you folks at Radian-Helix and TTW Studios. Sound...
