I haven't downloaded the latest kotorpack yet but are you aware that some of the models do not work in SP? When I try to make them use a lightsaber it turns invisible becoming useless only showing the hilt. Please tell me this is fixed I want the Dark jedi models to be able to use sabers.
Thanks for your post. To tell you the truth I have got no time to test all of the content in the pack so if there is any other bugs you found please tell me. Dont think i can do something with that, it should be model issues, but it can rather be some simple error in .skin file. I'll look through it.
Uploading a new version (Kotorpack v.7.9). It is not final one and does not include new darkside customization. Nethertheless it has got new shaders, textures, icons and fixed content. If you find any bug please send me a message.

So you know man it's a kind of a common knowledge on how to make an NPC's files for every JKA fan.
You should look through the original assets via the WinRar. Look this path: ext_data\npcs\somenpc.npc
You should understand how it works rather quickly 'cause it's really simple.
The main reason of the lack of NPCs in my pack is the JKA's hard-coded NPCs limit you know.
how do i spawn the npc's? no readme or anything included in the mod....
The readme file is located in the .pk3 archive.
It is can be easily opened by a WinRar tool.
as soon as i open the .zip the only file that appears is the .pk3 but when i open it im waiting hours on end to have access, it looks like a great mod but would be good if the readme was a different document in the .zip
That's fair.
But that would take an amount of time to re-upload and re-archive it, still nearly no need to do this.
The same information is located in the description of this addon, nothing special there is in the readme.
WinRar or 7zip :D i'm using this 2nd bcs it's easier to use for me :D
what new things have been added?
Mostly evolved customization including a lot of original KOTOR skins I have ported. Just try it, you won't be regretted!

i kinda found a few bugs with some of the models
So what are they?
Some may be caused by the model issues and I am not able to solve them...
on bao-dur, when you use him and you turn on your saber, theres no blade coming out, and the saber does no damage whatsoever, same goes with a sword if your gonna use a sword for him, the only thing you can use with him is ranged weapons and fists. also, on his right shoulder, theres a hole showing the invisible inside of the model.
That's definitely model issues, i am not able to solve it (I'm just a humble skinner).
But I can make the hole look a bit better via the shader function cull_twosided. If I decide to make a new version of the addon I'll do my best to avoid such a holes.

Hah, you know so many skins by other authors were used in this pack that it's extremely difficult to remember now which of them are by you exactly...
Figured it out, it was my hd mandalore reskin (http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/319-darth-sapiens-mandalore-hd-reskin/), if you would be so kind as to point out what mods of mine were used in the readme in the future that would be greatly appreciated :) also you might want to check out this skin for inclusion in to the pack (http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/367-darth-sapiens-presents-hd-darth-nihilus/)
After kotor 1 and 2 ,there isn't a kotor 3 :(
So here i am ,hoping this will make jedi academy a bit more like those two great games.

WOW! It's amazing and really cool to be able to choose some of the brilliant kotor characters as your p.c.
Some of the skins are really well done.
Though i would have liked to have Bastila as my player character.
Visas Marr is great,it looks better here than in kotor.
I always like playing as a female character in the kotor games ,so i would have like to see maybe some other female heads to choose from.
Though overall,this is an excellent mod,thanks.
note:I had to remove my marajade_sp.pk3 mod from the base folder.
She was showing up ok ,but it was a white figure with out any textures or face detail.
Also i noticed ,you probably have to remove certain mods from your base folder,if u get error like:"you must make the npc smaller".
It means a skin mod you are using is conflicting with the skins in this mod.
P.S...
Why we haven't had a Kotor 3 pc game is a mystery.
It would be an instant best seller.
I have only tried this as single player as i have no interest in m.p.
umm...the large comment i left above was for the kotor asset.pk3
and not for this mod.
I just copied the wrong file into base folder.
This mod does have Bastila as a choice for your p.c.

There was a bug with revan if he use two lighsabers
only on revan customization
There is a dual saber glitch where the 2nd saber floats out to the side on Revan.
is it normal that many of the models have no facial animation in single player?
Hello DarthStiv. I am not sure if you are still doing anything with this pack, but I have a question. There is one specific skin I wish to use without having to download the entire pack, because it will otherwise not fit within the limits which is 20 MB. Is there any way to only use one?

Hello. Wanted to ask a question. You solved the mystery of the invisible sword from Npc? If yes then when will the fix. And if it's not difficult to tell how to do it with other models who are caught somewhere.
what was the jedi robes mod that bastila had as a customization option?
