Fix for the knife degradation rule in the "Knife in inventory skinning" script. Skinning now degrades only one knife / ax in the inventory of the most durable model.
The script "item_knife.script" of "Knife in inventory skinning" does not work correctly.
- The condition of the knives deteriorates only if there is a knife3 in the inventory.
- At the same time, if knife3 is present, and you have several types of knives in your inventory, then all of them will deteriorate at the same time (except for those that go lower on the list than the first missing one).
FIXED:
Now one copy of the first available knife / axe from the list will be damaged. The rest are ignored.
Priority when choosing: axes, then knives, from more durable to less durable.
Not for BaS. Adaptation is possible in the future, after some testing of the main version.
Hey great fix, I was just about to upload a patch to allow Knife in Inventory Skinning to work with the latest version of Dynamic Mutants. Could I include your fix in it? Or maybe you could add a compatible version, it's only adding the new mutants to local strong_monster.
Thank you, of course include it on. If you're interested, I also have a bind_crow.script that allows you to skin a raven with a knife in your inventory, compatible with Quick Melee. I didn’t include it in the addon, because crows don't seem to bear fruit at all.

Во время загрузки сейва, стартует Нью гейм, всё гуд. В item_knife.script добавил ножи из TAZ, видимо на это аддон и ругается)
Кинь свой скрипт если не сложно.
for knind = 1, 8 --вот тут надо 8 поменять на общее кол-во если увеличилось

if author says it needs a patch, then maybe you just haven't used anything added or altered by BaS unless you're simply refering to the game running
After skinning is complete the sidearm is automaticelly drawn. Is there a way to prevent that? It gets very annoying when you're skinning a pack of dogs in the swamp...
