This adds a library to the Imperial City with every book in the default game. It also includes a small quest, a hidden treasure and more minor things.
Name: Imperial City Library 1.3
Here is version 1.3 of my library mod. Version one was release over a year ago and version 2 was released last November (Iirc). Version 3 sets out to up the ante and make the library more awesome in general. This time around I have streamlined virtually ever aspect of hte library, you should have an increased frame rate due to Garak's Booksets Statics taking the place of hard to reach books that were inflating the FPS. Signs outside the library, fixed the quest from not ending properly added Mr Dark Sim's Morrowind and Daggerfall books, and some more 'general house cleaning'.

New in V2:
A quest given by the head librarian! Help her find he diary!
Hidden Treasure! Find it if you can!
A new addition to the library: A map room featuring a map of Kvatch!
The layout of the library has changed a little, try not to get it confused with V1!
Ever get tired of the fact that a huge, sprawling place like the Imperial City doesn't have anything in the way of books other than a few shops? Ever wish you could visit a library without breaking in? Then this mod is for you! This plugin adds a 3 story Library to the Arboretum in the Imperial City. It's packed to the brim with all types of books, unfortunately someone seems to have placed them out of order (dirty Wood Elves...)
You are free to take them, theres no-one patrolling the library in this release. Just remember if you sell all the books for some quick money on potions or a nifty weapon, you'll just be buying more weapons and potions later on in the game, AND you WONT have all these books to view/read!
3 floors: Ground floor, Basement and Upstairs.

??? MOD Authors, if you've kept your mod's files in their own sub-folders,
simply list the folders here.
??? If the files are in common/used folders, you'll need to list each file
since you don't want players being told to delete folders that are likely to
contain files to other mods.
Example #1 (unique folders to your mod - RECOMMENDED):
Example #2 (specify files which are in common folders):
If your upgrading from a previous version of this mod make a save while not inside the library, exit Oblivion, disable the previous version of this mod, load your save, save again, exit the game, enable this version and enjoy.
OR if your feeling risky just disable the previous version and enable this one at the same time.
