IHV Prototype Sarge for Quake III Arena addon

This is a little different than the addons I normally post, but this is the IHV (Independent Hardware Vendor) Prototype version of Sarge as an alternate skin for use in standard Quake III Arena! The unwrap of Sarge did not change at all between the two versions of Quake III, so it was just a simple edit of skin files and the creation of an icon to be used in the multiplayer menu. He looks just about exactly like his IHV counterpart, but without the fat head. Enjoy!
