Ty, I managed to use this for the PT-PT version and keep it in portuguese by only copying the .u and .dll files

Pra quem quiser colocar em português é só abrir o arquivo Default.ini e procurar por Language=ita, e mudar para Language=bra, aí é só abrir o jogo, lembre-se de que ao inves de substituir a pasta system voce deve copiar todos os arquivos e colar dentro da pasta system do jogo para nao apagar os arquivos originais em portugues.
I have also tried installing the mod. By the way, I own the German version. I have copied the all .dll and .u files in the system folder. Unfortunately, the mod did not work for me, I may have forgotten something, or could you help me there?

ZeroMarius also copy the updated HP.exe file.
The mod no longer works properly when you add the exe file to the folder, I think that it somehow no longer works properly due to Windows updates. Could this be fixed?
XeNoN3560 it fully works also on Windows 11 and latest video drivers. Try now the update!
