Hench BV Lob addon

Unfornately this was mod was delayed because of texture problems I couldn't add any textures on it, I tried overlapping the textures but the game just refuses to get hench_bv_lob textures for some reason which is a RWTX file format. so you might have to play with no textures on there. I tried txd but they didn't work by overlapping it.
