im the original creator i gave theses as tips for people hating being shot at by choppers. in My A.R.M. mod ive made the choppers killable and turned off the rokets but kept there machine guns active.

I still like blasting those ******* to pieces..:) An unfair battle, but no other way to test if my Tactics works:)
Alternatively, you could go to the w_mounted.ltx and reduce the damage of the BTRs (known as stationary_mgun). The reason they always instakill the player is because they have a hit_power of 100. I sometimes wonder if the devs accidentally added too many zeros or something.
