Can you update it with an optional penalty for using the quick save? Like a hit points, skill points or credits cost?
Is this addon compatible with 9.0.3?
While I cannot guarantee that, I suspect it is.
It's not. Not fully. The game should work, it just won't include most of the fixes/features in 9.0.3. Given that was a pretty small update, I'd say don't worry about it and go ahead.
