After taking a LONG time off from making maps, I got around to working out the kinks and enhancing the experience in Fun Mission 7 (Drone Control). This is the result of some tinkering with it, the second version of an overall good map in my opinion.
Act V UOD Mission 2 - Drone Control
General, thanks to your efforts in the Arctic, we finally have our first MS lead commander in our sights. We've identified her as Zoe Martin, and not it's time to take her down. Your target is located on an island in South America, just off the Atlantic coast. Your objectives are simple: Establish a base on the island, then find and capture Zoe. The USN has provided technology for us to utilize, and you will hopefully have support from one of our colleagues. It's time to cut down the Middle School Army one step at a time.
Objective 1: Capture or infiltrate Zoe's Headquarters
Objective 2: Disable the Drone Production Facilty
Changes in Version 2:
- Compatibility with Version 2.9.5 (mostly INI changes to units)
- Changed the lighting to nighttime and allowed the invisible light posts to spawn in, creating atmosphere.
- Fixed and renewed AI issues, so you can't just lounge around with some bunkers and sentries.
- Production buildings are now paired up accordingly in different areas of the map.
- Used latest version of FA2Ext and FA2 patch 2.1, improving overall quality and playability.
- Few other minor bug fixes.
